Our response to COVID-19

At Lucky Pups, we want to continue caring for all the pups, making sure they are clean and look their best!  But the health and safety of our customers and our staff is also our top priority.  Therefore, we wanted to let you know what we have implemented to do our part to limit the spread of COVID-19.

1) MASKS ARE REQUIRED per government mandate.

2) All SERVICES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY/NO WALK-INS- In order to limit the number of people in the shop at any given time, we are staggering our appointments. DIY is available by appointment only. Please call ahead!

3)  SANITATION- This is nothing new for us as we clean and disinfect regularly.  However, we are making extra efforts to include frequently touched items such as countertops, door knobs, our tub sprayers, etc.  We use a disinfectant/virucide that is specifically designed for animal care facilities and is safe to use around animals.

4) CURBSIDE DROP OFF AND PICK UP- Starting immediately, our customers that are dropping off dogs for full services can pull up next to our building and call us or ring the bell located on the right side of the front of the shop.  We will come out and get your pup, eliminating the need for you to come inside the shop.  Credit card payments can be taken over the phone or we will collect cash from you at your car when you pick up.  When your dog is ready, we will bring him or her right out to you.

5) EMPLOYEES- Our employees have strict orders to keep their hands washed frequently while working and to stay home if they don't feel well. This may decrease our level of service and increase turn-around time if we are running short-handed.  We simply do not want to take chances with our customers, our other employees, and their families.  Your patience is truly appreciated.

While we want to keep business as usual as much as possible, we also want to do our part to keep our community safe.  We will continue to monitor the situation closely and adhere to all government regulations.  In the event it becomes necessary to make additional adjustments to the way we do business, we will let you know.
